Call for opens and IBIS related patent disclosures:

Opens:

- Bob: We need to discuss IBIS 6.0

New items:

IBIS 6.0 editorial "breakout":
- Mike showed page 185 of IBIS 6 wip 4
- Bob: parameter_name should be in angle brackets because it is not a literal.
  - Also, comments after pipe should be indented the same.
- Bob noted that we do not have a copyright in the IBIS spec.
  - It was in earlier specs, but was dropped when 5.1 was created.
  - Bob will add Copyright (C) IBIS Open Forum

AR: Bob make IBIS 6 edits before Friday

- Mike showed a Perl script written by Mark Westerhoff to extract message
  information from IBISCHK source.
  - It precisely captures all strings, parameters, and whether or not the message is still used.
  - Mike said he can splice the manually generated comment column into the generated data.
